  • Make permitted transactions
  • Access financial tools
Prohibited: Illegal activities, fraud, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Fees for specific services (e.g., international transfers) are available. Contact us.
  • You authorize us to debit fees automatically from your linked account.

5. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts for:

  • Violating these terms
  • Suspicious activity
  • Inactivity for 24+ months

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits)
  • Third-party service failures
  • Unauthorized access due to your negligence

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Claims must be filed within 1 year of the incident.
  • UK courts govern disputes, with arbitration encouraged first.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice (via email or in-app alert). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
